Malibu lake house is built lakeside, so to make the most of this the kitchen, dinning room and living room are open plan and one wall is dominated by two large bi fold doors. These allow you to take in the amazing views and open up to the veranda to bring the outside in.
For those cold winter evenings there is also a log burner

Just off the living room there is a games/ reading room. With a couple of games consoles (PS3 and wii with a selection of games) and board games as well as a selection of books.
This room is idea for some quiet time or for children (children at heart) to have their own space to play

Situated lake side the master bedrooms have a king size bed and en-suite.
These rooms have patio doors that lead out onto the first floor balcony which overlooks the lake

Situated at the front of the property this room has two single beds. There is also a third single bed under one of the singe beds that can be easily pulled out and set up if needed

Situated at the front of the property this room has one single bed and one bunk bed. All beds are full size so rooms will comfortably sleep three adults or children.

Being lake side you will want to enjoy being outside. With a large gas BBQ, outdoor dinning table as well as comfy sofa seating area, there is plenty of space to sit outside and relax during your stay.
